A proper office. Without the overhead.
Worksop Workspace has five private serviced offices on the ground floor, ranging from 6 m² (a single-person solo office) to 20 m² (a team of 3 to 4). Each one is lockable, with your own key. All-inclusive: heating, lighting, 900 Mbps fibre, refreshments, parking, cleaning. You move in, you start working. No utility setups, no separate broadband contracts, no business rates surprises.
From £79 a week for the smallest office, £125 a week for the largest, rolling weekly. No long lease. Stop any time. The lightest-weight way to get a proper business address that isn't your kitchen.
Who takes a private office?
Small business owners
1 to 4 person teams who've outgrown the kitchen table but aren't ready for a full commercial lease.
Anyone with confidential work
Solicitors, financial advisors, HR consultants. A door that closes and stays closed.
Heavy call days
You're on calls 6 hours a day and you can't do that in an open coworking space without driving everyone mad. An office fixes it.
Multi-screen setups
Two or three monitors, a docking station, a printer, a whiteboard. The office is yours to outfit.
Pair or trio working
Two co-founders, a designer and a developer, a director and a PA. Door closed, focus high.
Established freelancers ready for a serious base
You've been at it for a year or two and home isn't cutting it any more. The next step.
Choose your office.
Five offices, four sizes. All-inclusive, rolling weekly, no setup fees. Pricing scales with the size of the room.
Solo office
A compact 1-person office. Just enough room for a desk, a chair and a filing cabinet. Door closes, key in your pocket, no one looking over your shoulder. Suited to sole traders and one-person businesses who need privacy without paying for space they won't use. 1 available.
Small office
A bit of room to spread out, fits a desk plus a guest chair. Comfortable for one person with a multi-monitor setup or a tight pair. 1 available.
Mid office
The most popular size. Fits a pair side-by-side, or one person with kit and a comfortable client chair. 2 available at this size.
Team office
The largest office in the building. Built for small teams of 3 to 4 who need to share a room and keep the door closed. 1 available.
All five offices are all-inclusive, rent, electricity, heating, water, 900 Mbps dedicated fibre, cleaning, free on-site parking, tea, coffee and water. No business rates, no setup fee, no minimum contract beyond the current paid week. The £/sqft/year figure is the annualised all-in cost. Local serviced offices typically publish £26 to £46/sqft/year (BizSpace Doncaster, Sheffield serviced operators); we sit deliberately below that range.

Common questions.
Is this a serviced office or a private office?
Both. They're the same thing under two names. A private office at Worksop Workspace is a lockable room for one company, all-inclusive (rent, electricity, heating, water, 900 Mbps fibre, cleaning, parking, tea and coffee) and rolling weekly with no setup fee. Some listings and aggregators call this a "serviced office" because it's fully serviced. Same product, two terms, weekly prices from £79 for the smallest solo office to £125 for the largest team office.
How big are the private offices?
Five offices, four sizes. Office 1 is 6 m² (65 sqft, solo). Office 2 is 12 m² (129 sqft, 1 to 2 people). Offices 3 and 4 are 14 m² each (151 sqft, 1 to 2 people). Office 5 is 20 m² (215 sqft, 3 to 4 people). See the "Choose your office" section above for the layout and current availability.
How much does a private office cost in Worksop?
£79 per week for the 6 m² solo office, £89 for the 12 m² office, £99 for either of the 14 m² offices, £125 for the 20 m² team office. All rolling weekly, all-inclusive. That's £30 to £47 per square foot per year all-in, which sits clearly below the local serviced-office market (BizSpace Doncaster publishes £26/sqft; Sheffield city centre runs £40 to £60/sqft) on the larger units, with a small-office premium on the 6 m² solo room that's still cheaper in absolute terms than anything else in town.
What does "all-inclusive" actually mean?
Rent + electricity + heating + water + lighting + 900 Mbps fibre + cleaning + free parking + free tea, coffee and water are all included in the weekly rate. No business rates, no separate broadband contract, no utility surprises.
Is there a long contract?
No. Rolling weekly. The current week is the only commitment. Most members give a week or two's informal notice before leaving so we can plan, but it's not enforced beyond the current paid week.
Can I put my company name on the door?
Yes. Branding the door is welcomed for serviced offices. We just ask that it's tasteful and in line with the building (no neon, no large external signs).
Can I receive post at this address?
Yes, for active members. Standard delivery only. Not a registered office service. We hold post at reception and notify you via the member app when it arrives. See our terms of business for the full detail.
How many people can use one office?
Most offices fit 1 to 4 people comfortably. Larger groups will need either two adjacent offices or a discussion about layout.
Can I have meetings in my office?
Yes. Your office, your meetings. For larger groups or pitches to clients, the dedicated meeting room books by the hour at £20. More on the meeting room →
