No. You can drop in on a Day Pass at £12 a day or buy a Weekly Hot Desk at £30 per week. Membership is rolling weekly and you can stop any time. Tradespeople tend to start on the day pass and move to weekly once they realise how much admin they get through.
Is there parking for a van or pickup?
