A day is £15; two days cost £30 and three cost £45. Membership is £30 weekly with a 12 week minimum, or £40 weekly rolling.
Shared, not assigned
Take an available desk and bring the equipment you need. Take belongings home after each visit. We do not offer dedicated desks or private offices.
Company, without pressure
Bring your own work and settle into the day. A hello or a shared break is welcome, with no requirement to network. We are building the community, not promising who will be there on a particular day.

Day passes are planned at £15 and weekly coworking at £30. Shared desk space, Wi-Fi, coffee, chilled water and a selection of other drinks are included. Room hire is separate; food, printing and address services are not automatic membership entitlements.
Three meeting rooms for up to 6 people each and one larger room are planned. Smaller rooms are £15/hour, the larger room £25/hour. Podcast recording and photography use one shared room at £30/hour. Equipment and studio capacity will be confirmed before booking.
Phone booths are part of the plan; use arrangements will be confirmed before opening. Free on-site parking is planned. Tell the team about any particular vehicle or arrival requirements.

How will access work?
Day visitors attend during staffed hours. Weekly membership includes staff onboarding, ID verification and induction. Independent unstaffed access requires separate approval, not payment alone. Final opening hours will be confirmed before launch.
What if I have access requirements?
Disabled access is part of the plan. Confirm the appropriate route, room and any evacuation-assistance arrangements with staff before visiting; access to every floor and toilet provision have not yet been confirmed publicly. Do not put medical details or identity documents in a public enquiry.
Does an enquiry reserve a place?
No. The team can discuss your requirements, but an enquiry does not create a booking, membership, priority entitlement or independent access.

Choose your membership
£15 day pass; £30 per week with a 12 week minimum (£360 normally; eligible trial-day offer: £330 in membership payments plus the £15 day pass), or £40 per week rolling. Company memberships have a 12 week minimum: £30 each weekly for two named people, £29 for three, £28 for four, £27 for five, £26 for six and £25 for seven or more. Rooms are charged separately.
Pay for a day. Stay for the week. After your first completed £15 day-pass visit, join the £30 weekly, 12-week individual membership within seven days using the same email and your pass code. Your £15 covers week one from membership activation, with no extra first-week payment. Then £30 weekly for 11 weeks (£345 including the day pass); membership continues weekly afterwards until cancelled. Once per person. Flexible and company plans are excluded; rooms cost extra. No cash alternative.
Prices shown are final customer prices, including VAT where applicable. Staff onboarding is required; independent access needs separate approval. Existing members retain their agreed terms.
