How do I cancel my membership?
All memberships run on weekly rolling terms. To cancel, simply email us at hello@worksopworkspace.co.uk with a week's notice and we'll take care of everything. No forms, no fees, no awkward conversation.
How do I change my membership type?
Just get in touch by email and we'll update your membership for the following week. Moving from a hot desk to a dedicated desk or private office is straightforward. We'll sort it with you directly.
I'm having trouble with the WiFi. What should I do?
If you're in the building, speak to a member of staff and we'll get it sorted straight away. If you're reporting an issue after the fact, email hello@worksopworkspace.co.uk and we'll look into it.
I've been charged incorrectly. What do I do?
Email us at hello@worksopworkspace.co.uk with your name and details of the charge and we'll review it and get back to you within one working day. Billing errors are rare but we'll always put them right promptly.
Can I pause my membership?
We don't currently offer formal pauses, but because everything runs on weekly rolling terms you can simply cancel and rejoin when you're ready. There's no rejoining fee and no penalty. Get in touch and we'll make it as easy as possible.
How do I book a private office, boardroom, or studio?
Email us at hello@worksopworkspace.co.uk or register your interest via the relevant page on the site. We'll confirm availability and get you booked in. Online booking is on the way.
I've lost something at the workspace. Can you help?
Email us with a description of what you've lost and when you last had it. We hold onto lost property for 30 days and will get in touch if we find it. Items not claimed within 30 days are donated to charity.
I have a complaint. How do I raise it?
Email hello@worksopworkspace.co.uk and we'll acknowledge your complaint within one working day and aim to resolve it within five. We take all feedback seriously and will always try to do right by you.
