Confirm the full booking
Room hire is separate from coworking membership. Duration, minimum booking, applicable half-day/full-day caps and cancellation terms will be shown before payment. Ask for a quote for a longer session rather than assuming every duration is a flat hourly total.
Company, without pressure
Bring your own work and settle into the day. A hello or a shared break is welcome, with no requirement to network. We are building the community, not promising who will be there on a particular day.

Day passes are planned at £12 and weekly coworking at £30. Shared desk space, Wi-Fi, coffee, chilled water and a selection of other drinks are included. Room hire is separate; food, printing and address services are not automatic membership entitlements.
Three meeting rooms for up to 6 people each and one larger room are planned. Smaller rooms are £15/hour, the larger room £25/hour. Podcast recording and photography use one shared room at £30/hour. Equipment and studio capacity will be confirmed before booking.
Phone booths are part of the plan; use arrangements will be confirmed before opening. Free on-site parking is planned. Tell the team about any particular vehicle or arrival requirements.

How will access work?
Day visitors attend during staffed hours. Weekly membership includes staff onboarding, ID verification and induction. Independent unstaffed access requires separate approval, not payment alone. Final opening hours will be confirmed before launch.
What if I have access requirements?
Disabled access is part of the plan. Confirm the appropriate route, room and any evacuation-assistance arrangements with staff before visiting; access to every floor and toilet provision have not yet been confirmed publicly. Do not put medical details or identity documents in a public enquiry.
Does an enquiry reserve a place?
No. The team can discuss your requirements, but an enquiry does not create a booking, membership, priority entitlement or independent access.
